I, Greg Kristan from TM Blast, offer Bing Ads Management to my clients, and I use the search terms report data directly into my Local SEO, National SEO, and my AI SEO Strategy for them. The search terms report shows me the actual search queries people are using, which is more valuable than relying solely on what tools like SEMRush or Ahrefs show you. In this blog post, I will share how I use the search terms report in Microsoft Advertising for TM Blast, and how I now have a new SEO landing page strategy, along with an AI SEO strategy.
Bing Ads to Complement the SEO and AI SEO Strategy
Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) is a tool I use both for lead generation and to gather more keyword-rich data for my SEO and AI SEO strategy. In this video, I share how I run ads for my AI SEO Service and use the search terms report to identify new landing pages to create on TM Blast to capture more leads. Next, I then track AI prompts in Otterly AI to see how often I show up for “Who can manage Bing Ads to complement SEO strategy? I don’t have much visibility, so I’ll take this exact video and embed it on a new blog post on TM Blast about this prompt. I expect this video/new blog post on this phrase, along with links to my SEO/Bing Ads service, will improve my LLM visibility.Key Takeaways
- Management: I manage the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Pay Per Click (PPC) /, and Artificial Intelligence Search Engine Optimization (AI SEO) strategy for my clients. Managing all three gives me complete control over what I can do next to generate more leads.
- Why Bing Ads Matters: Bing Ads provides search term reports based on the actual keywords people use. The keyword-rich data here is more valuable than what Ahrefs/SEMRush says
- SEO Strategy: Based on the search terms report, I’m creating an AI SEO for E-commerce dedicated landing page to go after that phrase
- AI SEO Strategy: Based on the low-mention prompt of Who can Manage Bing Ads to Complement the SEO and AI SEO Strategy, I’m creating this blog post to rank better for that
Search Terms Report
Microsoft Advertising, like Google Ads, has a search terms report that shows you most of the actual search terms that trigger your ads. The one keyword that stood out to me was AI SEO for E-commerce. That keyword stood out to me because I have a generic AI SEO Service page on my website, but I hadn’t considered expanding it to e-commerce. Based on this report, I will also create one for B2B, but I’m going to stick with this keyword suggestion for this blog post.

SEO Strategy from Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising)
As mentioned, I see many SEOs only use SEMrush for their strategy. There is nothing wrong with using this tool, but I guarantee that most will ignore this phrase, since there are only 30 monthly Google searches in the United States for it. This isn’t accurate. I can confirm there is search interest for this on my limited $35/day Bing Ads campaign. I will carve out a niche for this service and phrase on TM Blast once I create the dedicated landing page service for it.

Now, I Look at AI Prompts with this Blog Post
I use Otterly.AI to track prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Microsoft CoPilot. The prompt “Who can manage Bing Ads to complement SEO strategy” stands out to me because I’m only occasionally mentioned for this phrase. Since this is a service I provide to my clients, ranking better on thesee AI platforms will put meino the mix for future clients, which is why I’m writing this blog targeting this phrase.

Why This Matters
If I’m only managing my clients’ SEO strategy, I won’t see the keyword-rich data generated by running search ads. Without that insight, I can only go off what tools like SEMrush show me, which means I’m missing out on phrases that look small on those platforms but actually have more search interest and volume than they appear to.
When I manage all three services for my clients, I can create three distinct strategies to help them achieve the best outcomes.
- For Bing Ads, I can refine the campaigns and ad copy to include (or exclude) keywords to generate more leads. For ongoing Bing Ads management, I handle it for my clients, enabling me to control total costs and generate more leads.
- For SEO, I can use the search terms report to create new landing pages for them, like I’m doing with TM Blast with the AI for E-commerce example.
- For AI SEO, I have to think differently than I do with SEO. A dedicated landing page won’t rank well for long-tail prompts. A dedicated blog post on this topic would be a strong ranking strategy and position my brand as a possible solution for future clients.
