One of their main keywords is house cleaning service, and their first two scans were stuck at 7% page 1 rankings in a 2 mile radius 13 x 13 grid. Google Business Profile Optimization
Google Business Profile (Google my Business) typically generates the strongest results for my Local SEO clients. To increase visibility and lead volume, I use Local Falcon to run non-branded heat map scans throughout your service area. These scans help identify ranking opportunities and improve Share of Local Voice (SoLV), which can lead to more impressions, website visits, phone calls, and bookings over time.
In that screenshot, you can see that the keyword “apartment cleaning near me” has grown by 13.61% points and is now at 20.71% for my client on 6-11-2026. On 4-22-206, they were at 6.51% of the time on page 1 for the same keyword in the same radius.
Apple Maps SEO
Apple Maps (Apple Business Connect) tends to vary in the number of additional leads it can capture for my clients. My clients who perform best on Apple tend to have a very strong Yelp presence, and that is the review platform Apple (and Bing) use instead of Google Reviews. Lots of Yelp reviews, authentic photos, showcases, and more all play a role in Apple Map SEO.

Bing Maps (Bing for Business) SEO
Bing Local SEO is often extremely difficult to track for my Local SEO clients. Since Bing has a small market share on mobile, most impressions on Bing Maps occur on desktop. Therefore, while I can’t rely on website clicks or phone clicks data, I look at impressions and impressions over the same competition as one KPI for my clients. The theory is that driving more impressions on Bing will have a downstream effect on total leads, both to the website and beyond.

While Local SEO can help grow your business, I fully recommend my clients also run Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads in addition to SEO. I can manage your Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, which means I will be in your accounts daily, adding negative keywords, updating ad copy, and more. Plus, I will be able to see which keywords are driving leads, which I can then bake into the Local SEO strategy.
However, if you don’t want me to manage your accounts, that is fine. I will still request access to see the search terms data and leads, but I won’t be working on the account to drive more leads, lower your cost per click, or anything else.
