One of the target services they wanted me to improve was their HVAC keyword rankings.

An Emphasis on Category Growth

The image above, from Local Falcon, displays the SoLV growth for the search term HVAC. SoLV represents the percentage of time my client is on page 1 of Google search via the map pack.
The scan here covers a 15-mile radius and shows 121 possible dots where my client ranks for HVAC. The same upward trend my client is seeing in HVAC is the same pattern they are seeing in HVAC contractor, HVAC Near Me, HVAC Services, HVAC Grand Junction, and more.

I’ve been adding regular photos to their GBP account, which has helped improve dwell time and user engagement.
Book Online Button
I fixed a technical issue on their GBP account that prevented their book online button from displaying. After fixing that, user engagement has improved, and actual HVAC bookings have increased.

My client does a great job of getting customer reviews. Recent reviews are a ranking factor on Google Maps, so they are good at getting them.
Final Thoughts
The increase in SoLV% indicates how often my client appears in the Google Search map pack for HVAC keywords. The growth they are seeing has led to more leads and customers, allowing them to reduce their Google Ads budget each month.
