From 31% to 46% AI Daily Brand Mentions for B2B Client
At 12 prompts starting on April 25th, we’ve grown daily brand coverage from 31% to 46%. That is a 48% increase in daily brand mentions in less than one month of making on-page AI changes.
In this case study, I’m redacting their name, but I will share their screenshots and what I did for their account.
A Heavy Focus on Discovery Prompts
My client is in the B2B space, and they rank number one on Google and Bing for several of their core target keywords. A year or so ago, they began seeing their core clientele shift from real estate to broader categories, such as healthcare, universities, political outreach, gyms, and so on.

Using Otterly.AI, I was able to use their ChatGPT resource to find relevant prompts that people actually use across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, and CoPilot to get the initial baseline score of 31%
What Was Done
ChatGPT Prompts
Otterly.AI has a free tool that lets you use ChatGPT to come up with actual prompts people used to discover your service.
The Baseline Set
After adding the discovery prompt, I was able to see we had an average rating of 31% mentions across the 4 LLMS.
On Page Check
Next, I used the on-page AI checker in Otterly.AI and noticed that the summary block was missing from the page.
Created 12 Summaries
Using ChatGPT, I created 4-5 bullet points that summarized the page based on what each report told me and shared that with my client
My Client Pushed the Changes
My client pushed the key summaries at the top of the page.
Brand Sentiment Matters
Not only did our brand mentions increase, but so did positive brand references. When LLMS mentions a brand, you want that mention to be positive rather than neutral or negative. The key summaries help with this score
Final Thoughts
AI SEO Services are an add-on for my national clients. AEO / GEO differs a times from SEO, so it is best to add this service one you have a good lock on where you are with SEO and PPC.
