Both locations offer the same type of service, so getting both to rank for local search was critical. What Was Done

In the “what was done” section, I’m going to highlight a series of changes I participated in over the past few months. There wasn’t one optimization that grew the traffic, but instead, a series of small changes that didn’t grow until about six months later.

Location Split

I created a location page for each service they offer their clients.

Website SEO Changes

I optimized each section of the site with new title tags, descriptions, ALT tags, internal links, content, and more

Map in the Footer

I embedded their Google Maps listing directly in their footer

GMB + Bing Updates

I optimized their Google My Business and Bing Places for Business account with new photos, services, products, question and answers, categories, and more

Entity Building

I worked with the client to get listed on relevant city directories in their area

Ran Tests

I ran multiple tests using Local Falcon to see what would perform the best for the target keyword
